After getting my BFA in creative writing, I went to work in the film industry as a literary assistant, helping screenwriters develop and polish their scripts. Following graduate school, I transitioned to the education space, where I worked at a UC campus as a media and technology consultant. From there, I had the opportunity to pivot back to writing, and I’m happy to assist writers and publishers as a freelance copy editor/line editor, proofreader, beta reader, and e-book QA checker (checking hyperlinks/internal navigation links, formatting, and any other text or design issues that might arise after conversion).
