She copyedits and proofreads best-selling fiction and trade and scholarly nonfiction for traditional publishers and university presses. Since 2012, Amy has written articles and presented in-person and online sessions on various editorial topics for regional and national editors’ associations. I am a line editor and copy editor with fifteen years of experience in the journalism, nonprofit, and radical publishing sectors. I have subject expertise in prison-industrial complex abolition, community organizing, civil liberties, and literature, and specialize in conscious, inclusive language.
