I design and typeset memoirs, biographies, and family histories that are either self- or privately-published. My experience is extensive, having designed books, primarily on a freelance basis, for Random House, Penguin, Henry Holt, Simon & Schuster, St. Martin’s Press, among other publishers.

Heather is a graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a practicing attorney specializing in immigration.  Prior to law school, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in social work at Taylor University, graduating magna cum laude.  Heather is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Professional Writing (MAPW) at Kennesaw State University.

I am a copy editor and proofreader with over a decade of experience in fiction and academic editing. I have worked with self-published authors in the past to edit and prepare their manuscripts for acceptance by platforms such as Amazon. In academia, I provided extensive editing to ESOL students studying abroad through Red Pen Bristol, where I consistently ranked in the top ten editors during busy seasons.

Brooke Brannon is a fiction writer and editor with experience in journalism, cloud computing, and freelance marketing communications. Her goal as an editor is to clarify a writer’s voice and ideas so that they have maximum impact on the writer’s audience. She prides herself on keeping the editing process positive so that writers feel upbeat about their work, rather than beaten down.

Rachel S. Siegel, CFA, has years of accomplished editing experience, specializing in financial and academic publications, including journal articles, doctoral theses, and books, subcontracting from clients such as Kiplinger, Oxford University Press, CFA Institute, Cambridge University, Betterment, Ernst & Young, and the US Federal Reserve Bank. She has mastered CMS, Oxford, APA, AMA, and MLA styles, with subject matter expertise in finance and economics, and more generally in the social sciences.
A published textbook author herself, Siegel’s “Personal Finance” is now in its third edition (Flatworld Knowledge Inc.) and has been adopted by over 100 colleges and universities. She also writes a regular column for a local newspaper in northern New England. After over two decades as a professor of finance at Lyndon State College (VT), she now works exclusively as an editor. Siegel earned her BA in English and her MBA from Yale University.
