Hannah Brantley is the Head Editor for Cambridge Center for Adult Education, and the Director of their Food & Wine Program. Previously, she served as Assistant Editor for the food studies journal, Food, Culture & Society. She holds a diploma from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, a BA in Philosophy from the University of Missouri, and an MA in Gastronomy from Boston University. Her academic interests center around literary theory, especially applying it to food writing in the twentieth century. Before working in non-profit culinary education and editing she was a food stylist, chocolatier, baker, and cheesemonger.
